The Role

We are looking for a professional CDL-A driver to operate an end dump trailer, hauling various bulk materials throughout the region.

Driver Requirements (Page Trucking Compliance):

• Age: Minimum 23 years old.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience within the past 5 years.

  • Minimum 1 year of End Dump (or equipment specific) experience within the past 5 years.

• Endorsements: Hazmat endorsements are required.

• Restrictions: No automatic restrictions

• Communication: Must read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand signs/signals, and complete all reports.

• Safety Technology: Must be willing to operate with ELD and AI Cameras (Required).

• Background: Must pass a criminal background check and a predictive hiring work history review.

Driving Record Standards:

• Moving Violations: No more than 2 in the last 3 years.

• Serious Offenses:

  • No 15+ speeding or speeding in a work zone in the past 3 years.

  • No Cell Phone or Seat Belt violations in the last 3 years.

  • No Evading Police, Racing, Reckless Driving, Passing a School Bus, or Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

• Alcohol/Drugs: No Positive/Refusal tests or convictions in the last 5 years.

• Accidents:

  • No more than 2 DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years.

  • No accidents resulting in fatalities (regardless of fault) in the last 10 years.

• Roadside Inspections: No more than 2 violations in Driver Fitness/Unsafe Driving and no more than 3 violations in other BASICS within the last year.

Equipment & Endorsements:

• Truck: 2020 Kenworth T-680 10 speed

• Endorsements: Hazmat endorsements are required.

• Restrictions: Certain license restrictions may result in disqualification.

• Restrictions: No automatic restrictions

Responsibilities:

• Safely hauling and dumping bulk materials in an end-dump style trailer.

• Maintaining equipment to high standards.

• Coordinating with Page Trucking dispatch and representing Ironclad Transportation with professionalism.
